The purpose of our 1-year warranty is to further insure that, you - our customers, are happy with our products. We will not rest until our clients are satisfied with our work and until all product details have been addressed.

We cover ALL MANUFACTURER FAULTS and ALL DAMAGE RELATED TO NATURAL CAUSES. For example, cracked surfaces and paint due to temperature and moisture. The following situations are not covered:

• Damage by bullet holes, snowplows and vandals
• Damage due to improper installation
• Damage and shortcomings related to incorrect and unauthorized production instructions

All products covered by warranty MUST BE APPROVED for return before shipment. Please contact us by phone at 1-877-280-6373 or e-mail. Overall, we will always try to find a reasonable solution if you have a problem with our product. Please do not hesitate to contact us and discuss any issues and/or details.

All items must be shipped back to us at client's expense. We will provide return shipping to you at no extra charge.
